Your feelings Reflect what you are giving

You an tell right now in the major areas of your life whether you have been given more good feelings or more bad feelings.  How you feel about each subject in your life, such as money, health, your job and every individual relationship, is an exact reflection of what you have been giving out on each subject.

Business friends and family

Each of us is attracting in every moment of our lives. So when you feel that the law isn't working for you because you don't have what you want, realize that the law is responding to you. You are either attracting what you want or you are attracting the absence of what you want.

When talking with those starting "Your own Internet Business" andimage Direct Sales People, it's surprising how many are reluctant to talk with friends and family about their business or products. In our minds we think that we will be alienated by those closet to us.  If this happens to you, of which I have no doubt, have you considered your friends actually might need what you have to offer, and they're missing out because of your reluctance to talk with them about it?

There is nothing worse that those closes to you that see how well you are doing and feel that You have not thought them worthy of what you do, not only that they could be a a source of high quality business partners and customers.
What is the solution so that everyone wins? Here are a few ideas.

(1)  Always remember the first principle of Natural Selling. That is, your purpose is to help other people, as this is a people business! in solving their problems. When you're talking with friends, or anyone come to that, all you're looking to do is to discover if they have the types of problems you can help them solve and whether they want to do anything about them. That is all there is too it!  But this will only happen if you take the time to listen.

 
(2)   imageNext, before approaching a friend, take some time to prepare yourself. Think about everything you know about them... their family, their hobbies, their sports, their jobs, their relationships, and especially their likes, dislikes and passions. Find out what they really want form life, if they had the finances to do this, or what ever it is that they require, it could be something as small as a new lawn mower a regular holiday or more time to spend with the family!  Would it not be nice to be home and grow with them? be at school for the fun day, go to a game where the children are involved with, too many of us miss this important time in a child's life because we area at the “JOB” 

(3)  image   Then, write down all the problems you mightimage have heard them talk about that are associated with your first list. Problems your business opportunity might be able to help them solve. Things like health problems or tight finances, and think, if you can, how it’s affecting them.
 


(4)  There are more the things you can explore with them at a time to suit and make them comfortable, but most of all LISTEN!
And when you do, keep the following in mind:
  • Respect the relationship. What’s more important, Your friendship or wanting them as a business partner?
  • Forget the feeling you have regards telling them about your businesses opportunity or products as soon as possible.
  • Explore with them their previously expressed problems. See if they are of the type that you can help them solve. Do this before even thinking about talking about your solution.  No matter how hard this will be, you are here for them not yourself. 

Finally

(5)   Your first aim at this stage is to simply discover if you might be able to be able to help them. If in the course of your conversation it becomes clear your friend or family member might have an interest in changing their present situation, then you can offer your solution there and then, or continue the dialogue at another time.
If you adopt this approach, you won't run the risk of upsetting people you know. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how many of them will be open to listening to you. image

Here we teach you how to approach people, learn the skills required to bring anyone, but at this precise moment you friends and family into your business.  They will decide on what it is that makes them want to be in partnership with you, but it has to be for their reasons and not yours!  Most of all you have to talk with them in such a way that they are relaxed, comfortable and confident in what you offer. 
Now should they decide not too, you have at least show them and explained what they will miss out on, but never forget them because they where not interested!  You may be presently surprised on how many will quietly follow your every move just to see how you get on and of course if the opportunity does work! One day one of them will be back ..

Tips For Multi Level Marketing by phone

MLM recruiting is one of the common fears of those new to Starting an Internet Business”  and especially true when you are talking over the phone to your own warm market or a total stranger. Overcoming this fear is part of personal growth and as months pass, you will be surprised who you will become if you overcome this fear.  How will a new networker master this type of skill for recruiting?  The following will help you!

 

 

(A)  Using the phone versus using Internet marketing strategies.

There are those that belief in using various social media strategies will replace the need to pick up the phone and call. Some networkers would simply rely on videos, articles, and social media and focusing their energy on them hoping that they will produce results. This is true in one sense but unfortunately, results do not always happen that way in Network Marketing.  There is still a great need to pick up your phone and learn how to use it.  We at “Mentoring For Free”  are a body of people that Provide this training with scripts that you actually change to your own style, this will ensure it comes from you your heart and not a book.  Those who are successful in this industry testify that “Mastering talking on the phone is the number one income producing skill you can develop”. Period.

 

(B) Everything depends on your Posture.

Posture has something to do with your mind set and attitude about the MLM opportunity you are offering to the people. If you pressuring or show desperation to people you are considering fro the opportunity you are giving them, then do not expect to sign up leaders. If you genuinely believe that your opportunity can provide answers to the desires and needs that other people actually want, express it in your voice.  See yourself as a CEO of a multimillion corporation. While registering your membership with your Networking Company you automatically have access to: professional R&D team, logistics, marketing, media production, and team members that want you to succeed!  Does it show in your voice? or do you sell on the low cost of joining? Posture is the clear differentiator between professionals and amateurs in Network Marketing Internet Business.

The above advice is your answer to those who try but still struggle in the Networking industry and for those who want to get succeed in the shortest time possible. Remember that in your MLM recruiting, you are searching for positive and entrepreneurial people who want more out of life and not for negative people that will just waste your time. You are actually in the business of “Seeking the right” people not selling. It is you who set the standard of people you want to get involved in your business and not the other way around. And that is posture.

 

(C)  Make the Call.

Do not expect people to be excited about your business if you are uncertain about it. Remember that people have their own way to detect fears, anxieties as well as excitement and courage. If you are excited about your opportunity, people will sense it.  In making an introduction call, be clear and concise. Do not over talk. Learn to be master at asking questions and then direct people to the relevant information you have to offer, provided by the training at Mentoring For Free. Last but not least, agree on a specific call back time. This is a must.

 

(D)  Do not forget the Follow UP Call.

The people that are really interested about a new businessimage opportunity might even call you, but only if they feel you are  genuine, remember people read hear and see how you present yourself, this does not happen often. Be professional You do the follow up call to the excited prospect, remember life gets in the way, with the intention to call you the next day but the next day never comes.  You made a promise to make a follow up call. Keep it, call at the exact time you agreed. If they are there, it is already a good sign. Ask questions that you will learn from Mentoring For Free: be trainable, be professional and above all listen!  How interested are they in getting started? then with help from your mentor you will start the process of helping your prospect learn what you already know.

(E)   Do not allow negative people stop you.

Do not take people’s rejection personally. The experience of rejection is necessary for your emotional strength and imagematurity. This is the reason why we keep on saying that the Networking Industry is not for everyone and only appropriate for tough people. Tenacity is a required mental and emotional skill for those who want to master MLM recruiting and those who are really determined to be successful in this industry. It is your decision to determine if you have what it takes, The Choice is Yours and Yours alone!

Categories of MLM Distribution

 

Look for the gifts in everything, especially when you are facing what appears to be a negative situation. Everything that we attract causes us to grow, which means that ultimately everything is for our own good.

Adjusting to a new path and a new direction will require new qualities and strengths, and these qualities are always exactly what we need to acquire in order to accomplish the great things ahead in our life.

The  following information I offer is from a very famous man “Ramin Mesgarlou from Canada, known as the “Forensic Networker of Global Wealth Trade”

There are Eight Categories:

1 The Lotto Group

These are members that come to business presentations and getimage seduced by the hype, buy  the starter pack and then never to be seen again.  Often these people get in based on a promise from the sponsors..sign in and I will build it for you!  This is not an MLM they bought a home business lottery just to see if the numbers come up. 

If this is you, you are NOT in the MLM profession and you will not succeed, so enjoy your products.

 

2.  Weekend Wonder Group

imageThis group is an interesting one. These people usually come to their first meeting in designer suits, looking and speaking confidently. They see this profession as “easy” and they don’t feel any need to educate themselves or attend any training. They come in fast, bringing in a whole bunch of people, sometimes even generating a few large cheques right away.

This category are the “REDS”

A few weeks to a few months later when they don’t see the duplication they quit or simply move to another company and leave behind many casualties. This group comes into the industry with the attitude that they are going to make a million even if it takes them all weekend.

If this is you, you are NOT in the MLM profession and you will not succeed, so enjoy your products.  (Here I have to offer a difference of opinion)  with the right approach and information on “Colours For Success” (personalities), it is possible a few REDS will build the business, however there connections and contacts will provide you with an endless supply of the leads you are looking for..

 

3   Slave Driver Group

imageThis group is rare but they do exist. These individuals are the investors who come in and expect the up line to build an entire business for them. This group is not satisfied with just help and support they receive and expect the up line to keep creating welfare cheques for them. These people are not shy to ask their up lines to place “one or two hot shots” in their legs.

If this is you, you are NOT in the MLM profession and you will not succeed, so enjoy your products.

 

Social Group

imageThe social group generally are nice, friendly people and they comprise a large percentage of the MLM workforce. Their primary reason for being involved in MLM is not money. They love making friends first; making money is secondary.

This category are the “YELLOWS”

They are also extremely helpful in event planning and coordination and they often volunteer their time to sit at the registration table and other tasks. They are at every meeting and training but never bring any prospects with them.

If this is you, you are an important part of any team and are highly liked and respected however you will not reach financial significance, so enjoy your new found friends & your products.  (Here again I have to offer a difference of opinion) with the correct training and support the Yellows are some of the biggest builders in Network Marketing!!  

 

Some Time Group

This group is the largest segment of the MLM work force. They call themselves “Part time” but they are Not. There is a distinct difference between  “Part timer” and the “Some timer"  These allow their business venture to take a back seat to all their other  commitments!

They simply conduct their business when they can and as long as they can depend all of their other life commitments. They don’t have a Plan of Action or precise business plan, nor are they building their business on a consistent basis. They simply do it when convenient or when the opportunity presents itself. “You cannot socialize your MLM business” 

If your Promise is for your home business to free you up from your JOB, financial stress or traditional business, then you must treat it with the utmost respect. Doing a mini presentation in the elevator or having a chat in the hall way is not showing respect for your business.

You wouldn’t do that with your JOB nor should you do that with your home business which is your absolute best financial freedom option.

 

Part Time Group

imageThis group does all the right things and have a real opportunity to reach some if not all of their financial promises. Some of the part time group will go on to become “part time serious” or even “full time”. This group is not in a rush and are committed to most of the MLM success principles. There are two key weaknesses that part time group possesses that separates them from the top two most successful groups:

  • They have not committed to become a trainer for their team and only rely on the company systems and the up line to provide all their team support.
  • They have not built "LIKE & TRUST" with their key leaders mainly because they have not utilized their home to provide support or to spend much quality one on one time with their leaders.

If this is you, you are on the right track; stretch yourself a bit more by hosting weekly events in your home. If this is the way your Networking Business is ran.  Make a habit of treating your leaders for a quick latte and other "LIKE & TRUST" building activities and you will reach your financial promises. “Objective is to shift as many SOMETIMERS to PART TIMERS as possible”

 

Part time Serious Group

This is the select group that you always hear about, that “wentimage from 0 – £10,000/month in 12 months "PART TIME”. These stories are true and every company has them, but let’s put the facts on the table. This special group maybe termed “part time” but they really have two full time commitments.

  • First is their full time JOB or business that takes 40 + hours a week
  • Second is their MLM business that also takes 25+ hours a week.

This special group is totally motivated to build their MLM or Networking business and replace their full time JOB or traditional business as soon as possible. They live, breathe, sleep their MLM Business and they are what we call E & E (excited and exhausted) until they reach their financial promises. It takes a great deal of commitment and drive to be able to keep on track for 12 to 18 months that it will take to achieve your financial and success promises. I am here to tell you that it’s not easy, but it is worth it and the vast majority of the part time serious group will end up full time within two years.

This category are the “BLUES”

They work the business consistently and not in spurts, they use all the existing company tools, and if the company does not have sufficient support and training tools they will create them to support their team. Just like pro athletes on practice days, the serious part time group are never too busy or too tired, they show up as they are suppose to and get down to business day after day.

The only exception to this is when leaders from other MLM companies switch and bring with them other qualified MLM builders who fall into part time, part time serious or full time categories. In this case, the leader can succeed rapidly without investing the commitment and the efforts that it would normally be necessary. Lets not let these exceptions confuse you of what it takes for an average person to achieve similar results.

 

8 Full Time Group

imageThe FULL TIME group shares many similarities with the part time serious group. Most full time distributors started as part time or part time serious on their way to full time. However, there is one serious danger that full time distributors face which sometimes can lead to financial turmoil for many. The industry’s common teaching is to “work your MLM or Networking business on a part time basis until you replace your full time income from the “JOB” the traditional business, then quit your full time income and build your MLM business full time”.

  • That sounds great and it is the objective of millions of  Networking Business builders. The danger here is that until a Networker program is created to the style of  the Networking Opportunity, offering Training to suit the business builder.  NOT the TOP TEARS.  it will have a larger fall out of people than standard businesses that give you a cheque at the end of the week .
  • No one was providing these ambitious Networking business builders with a FULL TIME MLM business plan. The distributors are told to continue to work their part time business plan by simply doing more of the same.  This is fine but if there is no training, or real support people will soon lose faith & interest.  (MFF)

I have seen over and over again distributors who started part time and quickly replace their full time income with their company’s part time business plan and quit their jobs. When that happens the new found freedom will side track their focus as they start to enjoy the fun things in their lives.

Some even fall into the “Some time distributor” category. When they finally decide to get back to work they become very confused because they don’t know what to do.

The reason for the confusion is that working your MLM from home full time is a totally different business than doing it part time. Part time members can get away with doing little since they have a full time income with their full JOB. Regardless of their income, the part timer feels good about any effort they put towards their business since it is over and above their full time job commitments. Their distributors also see them as “committed” within the platform of the part time distributor. The distributor’s work habits are created during this phase, but once the platform changes to full time, the lingering part time habits create confusion and frustration.

The routine plan no longer is a fit for them and a new comprehensive full time plan is required to sustain and increase the momentum of the business.

The final category is The GREENS

imageThis  colour has a little of some of the above, but not defined as such on the information covered.   BUT just for you.  These are the people that take time and need more: facts, figures, charts and research! they are extremely strong in planning, organising and brilliant at following through, Once they have all the information!  These are some of the builders of extremely large businesses'
