The Brain and You the Final Part

"How do I stop my negative thoughts?"  This is a question that I have been asked many times. If you have ever asked this question then you will feel such enormous relief in knowing the answer, because it is so simple. How do you stop negative thoughts? You plant good thoughts!

When you try to stop negative thoughts, you are focusing on what you don't want - negative thoughts - and you will attract an abundance of them. They can never disappear if you are focused on them. The "stop" part is irrelevant - the negative thoughts are your focus. It doesn't matter if you are trying to stop negative thoughts or control them or push them away, the result is the same. Your focus is on negative thoughts, and by the law of attraction you are inviting more of them to you.

The truth is always simple and it is always easy. To stop negative thoughts, just plant good thoughts! Deliberately plant good thoughts! You plant good thoughts by making it a daily practice to appreciate all the things in your day. Appreciate your health, your car, your home, your family, your job, your friends, your surroundings, your meals, your pets, and the magnificent beauty of the day. Compliment, praise, and give thanks to all things. Every time you say "Thank you" it is a good thought! As you plant more and more good thoughts, the negative thoughts will be wiped out. Why? Because your focus is on good thoughts, and what you focus on you attract.

So don't give any attention to negative thoughts. Don't worry about them. If any come, make light of them, shrug them off, and let them be your reminder to deliberately think more good thoughts now.

The more good thoughts you can plant in a day, the faster your life will be utterly transformed into all good. If you spend only one day speaking of good things and saying "Thank you" at every single opportunity, you will not believe your tomorrow. Deliberately thinking good thoughts is exactly like planting seeds. As you think good thoughts you are planting good seeds inside you, and the Universe will transform those seeds into a garden of paradise. How will the garden of paradise appear? As your life!

The Brain & You Part Three

 

 Every good thought, every good word, every good emotion, and every act of kindness, is lifting the vibration of your being to new heights.  And as you begin to raise your vibration, a new life and a new world will reveal itself to you. 

There is no limit to how high you can increase your vibration, because there is no limit to the good thoughts you can think, or the good words you can speak, or the acts of kindness that you can do.  Other than transforming your own life through lifting your vibration, you lift others' lives too. imageWell we have seen what the brain can do and how it works, but the secret lies in a collection of Powerful Diagnostic and Therapeutic tools that are easy to use and are able to processes the  transformation instantly.  To understand how and why they are effective we need to know how they are created. 

Remember  the patterns discussed earlier?  Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta.

  • Delta.   This is the brain wave pattern of Adults & Infants sleeping
  • Theta.   This is what you experience in the moments before you fall asleep and just as you wake up!      Known as the creative, imaginative and where your best ideas come from.  Yet children are in this state most of the time from the ages of Two to Six thus explaining the imagination creation and fantasy life for these age groups.  Not to be taken away from them! This is the perfect start to a beautiful life of abilities to grow and belief in themselves.
  • Alpha.   The relaxation experience, with meditating, day dreaming, from the age groups of Six to Twelve children are nearly always in this state, again let them be they will thank you for it later in life.

Beta.   This is the ordinary state; as you are now, fully awake, working the “Adult Brain State” belief it or not this comes to state usually from the age of about 12 and remains as our regular posture side of the brain for the ret of our lives.  So remember this only works if we go through the stages set above.

Alpha-Theta, the brain states that children function in between two and Twelve are  imagethe states in which the mind is most open and susceptible to influence and suggestion. The area we help as adults by or in the way we bring up our young one’s.

 
These important years are the years during which most of our beliefs are formed and imagesolidified! Marriage, Family, Money, God, love, Learning, School, Work, and "TRUTH" about our own self-image.  They are all created in childhood, from what we see,  experience, and do what we are told by our: Parents, Teachers and the culture of the world. What they are about to experience of course is that not everything in their  life ahead is going to be protected by the love of a family, as there are many other influential forces to be discovered in their daily lives. some bad but for most all that is GOOD.

imageDo you know what this means?  We all  are effectively "hypnotized" into certain belief patterns, something that happens daily, every minute it is what you do with your eyes and thoughts!  This is what we carry with us for the rest of our lives, for better or worse! Once we move into the “Adult” stage the brain moves into the Beta frequency!  remember it was the program installed while we were growing up, this is what remains as our “Cellular Operational Level”  which means it is unaffected by the workings of the conscious mind.

The Brain & You “The Tools” Part Two


Faith is a combination of thoughts and actions.
When you apply your faith in yourself, your faith in your fellow man, and your faith in God, the result is a positive course of action that when persistently followed will almost always lead to success. When you believe in your ideas and in your abilities, and you trust in the Infinite Intelligence of the universe, you know that your thoughts and deeds will ultimately lead to a successful conclusion. Remember part one? did you think more about your brain? did it hurt? or did it make you think?  You are the chosen one in your mind Accept it and move forward NEVER backwards! that is the way to failure..
How many of you took the gamble and feel better for the “Mental Cleanse”
 Before you can understand exactly what those tools are and why they are so incredibly effective at transforming core beliefs, you must understand how those beliefs are created in the first place.
You may or may not be aware but the brain produces four different electrical signatures, or "waves." They are patterns are known as “Delta”, “Theta”,  “Alpha”, and “Beta”. Of course you would know at least two.
  • Delta is the brainwave pattern of sleeping from adults to infants.
  • Theta is what you experience in those fragile moments just before you imagefall asleep and as you're waking up. That's when us humans are most creative, most imaginative and discover your best ideas.   The next part will help you understand children more (not that we don't) but this is when you should never squash their “Butterflies”, or as what most of us say or use “Stop Dreaming” --- Children between the ages of two and six are in an almost constant Theta pattern. That explains the rich imagination, creativity, and fantasy life that characterize this age range.   This is why we help the children we love, improving, understanding & guiding their thoughts to that of belief trust and support.  Life as they grow up to understand will finalise their decisions, but it is up to you to start the journey on the right road!
  • Alpha wave pattern, the state you experience when you're relaxed, imagemeditating, or daydreaming. From the ages of six to 12, children's brains operate in a near-constant Alpha state.
 
  • Beta is the ordinary, fully awake and functioning adult brain state you imageare in right now. We move into this brain state at about 12 years of age, and it remains our regular waking brain posture for the rest of our lives.

An advantage we all have is the ability to control what we do each day. We can improve our productivity, or not! you decide.  In too many cases, we are the only ones who know when we are falling short of our best  level of performance. It’s no surprise that many managers have no idea  regarding the difference between mediocrity and excellence.

Here are 10 things that effective people do …

 

  • imageStarting early. Sam Walton arrived to work at 3 am. Perhaps a little early for many of us, but we need to get an early start. “The early Bird” 

 

  • Accepting good and bad news as part of moving on!  As you progress up the ladder, you will be in the line of fire, so remember who you pass on the way up!  Because what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.

 

  • Having a long term perspective. Never thinking about short term gains, thus focussing on building a strong successful foundation success.

 

  • Avoiding the petty and uninteresting information.  It is counterproductive to spread rumours, be disrespectful or talk bad about colleagues and  never criticizing management. It’s much better to focus on the task ahead and the results it will bring.

 

  • Always be professional. Do not lose control. You want others to describe you as a “professional person.” This is the compliment we all strive for thus reaching an important milestone. 

 

  • Focusing on the key areas that bring the results you are aiming for!  At the next meeting, observe and study the leaders of your organization and how they focus on what the important issues are. They have the ability to identify the problems as the professionals they are.

 

  • Treating others with respect, we are not better, but we have a different look on matters and may have accomplished more in certain areas, we must always appreciate what others bring to the table.

 

  • Be humble, we do not know everything. We must be open to working in teams.  When we put our minds together, we can tackle enormous projects, which lead to huge benefits for the organization.

 

  • Confront problems!  Address immediately. Those who are  excellent performers are aware of small problems and prevent them from escalating. Taking a proactive approach is preferred.

 

  • Be committed to sharing the wealth and knowledge. Rewarding those who do well, as we are not solely responsible for the huge accomplishments. Be humble, and praise others publicly and privately when they contribute to our goals and initiatives.

Successful people are extraordinary in the sense that they understand the importance of knowledge, commitment, and humility. The process to greatness is well established but realizing it requires significant effort.

Good and Bad Feelings, Final Part

When you feel good your thoughts are automatically good.  You cannot feel good and have negative thoughts at the same time! Likewise it is impossible for you to feel bad and have good thoughts at the same time, obvious but we are still human and forget or lose sight of what we are aiming for.

 

How you feel is an exact reflection, a precise measure to a finite degree! Of what we are giving out at any one time in a given moment of life.  When you feel good, you do not have to be concerned about anything else, thus you will be able to concentrate on your “Good” thoughts,words and actions.  This is because by feeling good, you are guaranteed to be offering love and all that love you offer will come back to you in abundance!

Good Means Good, The Final Part

Most people understand how it feels to feel good or worse really bad, yet we do not realise we are being negative a lot of the time, its more natural and easier than to be nice and smile all the time.

      It only takes two muscles to smile                                                           (and it takes a bunch of muscles to look grumpy) 

People when feeling bad think they are feeling extremely negative, such as sadness, grief, anger or fear.  While feeling bad includes all of these feelings, negative feelings come in many degrees.

 

If you do feel “OK” for most of the time, you may be thinking feeling ok is a positive feeling because you are not feeling bad!  If you have felt bad and now feel good, it is going to make you feel better and provide an aura of wonderful feelings that you can emulate to others.

 

Remember though feeling OK is not you actually feeling great it can be seen by others in a negative way.  Feeling good means “FEELING GOOD” Good feelings mean you are happy, joyful,excited,enthusiastic,or even passionate – it is all about having a positive attitude!

 

When you are feeling “OK” like being “Average” or not really feeling like anything much, then your life will be average or even not much at all, this is not good!!

 

Good feelings mean you are feeling really good THIS is what brings  the best in life for you and those you touch.  Be happy, Be good and leave a legacy to all you know and love.
