Today's Brilliance™

This story is a gift to me as one of many and feel I need to pass this gift on to you.  Enjoy

Never worry about what to do, simply decide how to be. ~ Trevor Emdon

Trevor EmdonTrevor Emdon

Trevor is a life and metaphysics coach who's studied the human mind and its desires for almost 40 years.

If I could share 500 words of wisdom to summarize what I've learned so far in life, these are the important things I'd want to pass along to others...

You do not have free will. I'm sorry if I'm the first to break that to you.
What you have is total freedom to choose how you will follow the laws of the universe. If you try to change or break or ignore the laws you will struggle and suffer. That's not a threat. It isn't divine retribution.
Let's look at it another way.
You can cook toast in your toaster. But should you decide to boil water in your toaster, or worse, that you are going to try to keep the electricity coming down the cables at bay with your fingers, I assure you, you're going to suffer. The electricity isn't vengeful. It's just electricity. You just don't have that kind of power or free will. But you do have the resourcefulness to invent a better kind of toaster if you want to.
See what I mean?
Now, that's electricity, but what about the law of attraction? The one that says, "Ask and it is given"?
You have an incredible gift; one in which you do have total freedom - and that is the gift of imagination. With imagination you can change your thoughts - what you think about and how you think about a thing. As you do that, you'll notice that your feelings will follow.
You can make yourself feel good - at will. You have that freedom. So why don't you use it?
This is not a universe where you look at something and react with worry or fear, but to watch our news and most people's behaviour, you'd think so, wouldn't you?
What you perceive every day with your five senses isn't reality - it's results! The results of what you have thought and believed - in general - thus far in your life.
If you consciously and consistently change your general thoughts and beliefs, your reality will change too. Not instantly - there's a time lag. Plant seeds and you will get plants - eventually.
Seeds are a good metaphor for us. I planted some herb seeds - chives and parsley among others. Where I planted chive seeds, chives began to grow, and parsley where the parsley seeds were and so on.
So what? you ask.
Well, if you plant seeds of success and happiness in your mind, and constantly nourish those seeds, it is inevitable that you will start to see success and happiness filling your life. You need to do this even if your five senses are telling you that right now things are different to that. Because "right now" was planted in your mind some time ago. Today's circumstances are the fruits of your old thoughts!
Plant new seeds, get new plants.
Plant and nurture every day the seeds of a fulfilling, joyous life and that's exactly what you will have. I promise because it wasn't my idea. It was God's.

Afraid of failure?

“If I had to live my life again, I'd make the same mistakes, only sooner.”—Tallulah Bankhead

Afraid of Failure? Read the following steps

Steps to Break Down Failure

Have you ever felt like a failure? I totally have. But I am not alone.

There is an epidemic of feelings of failure in any country and failure is so definitive. When you think you failed, there is not much wiggle room to be anything other than “a failure.” A horrible way to see yourself! This becomes a belief ingrained and tainting everything else we do and try. Here are four ways to break it down.

A. Lower Your Expectations

Failure is in relation to something. Usually some standard or expectation that was not met: I am not thin enough, pretty enough, smart enough. Having unreasonable expectations is more detrimental on our health than anything else. It brings in judgment, which compounds every other problem we already have.

When we have a feeling which is appropriate to the situation, and then we judge ourselves, then we worry! the problem becomes so much bigger and harder to recover from. Then, we berate ourselves for not recovering quickly with another layer of judgment. The original feeling is nothing compared to the complex mess and layers of our own judgement and fear.

Do not add them. Allow yourself to feel and do not worry, you can handle it. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself, lower those outrageous expectations! Instead of dwelling, do something. Seek a “Mentor with a Servant’s Heart”

B. Know there is a point to trying

Past feelings of failure attempt to take away our point to trying to feel better or accomplish something. We get convinced that we will fail anyway. We assume trying hard will make us more disappointed when we do actually fail, and so we put less effort in in hopes to protect our heart. With less effort, we may actually not achieve our goal and we can say “See? I always fail. Good thing I did not try.”

The point is “Rarely is anything accomplished without trying” And if we try and don’t succeed, our heart actually feels better, not worse. We build confidence knowing that we did our best. We feel empowered because we can respond to things in life. This is giving in to your fears

C. Notice your accomplishment

Simple. See the good in you instead of the bad. Focus on something else beside that one standard you missed. Have confidence in the efforts you did put forth. Notice other things you received from the process, a good example are  friends you’ve made along the journey and “ what you have  learned”  and how it made you grow. Remember all other accomplishments in your life. be positive

D. Remember it is not over

We sometimes assume we failed too soon. Then we feel devastated and stop trying. If you are still alive, you could not have failed, since it is not over. Yes, your standards and expectation might change, but if you are still kicking, you cannot by definition be a failure. Readjust your expectations and try again ALWAYS -  Never Give up!!!

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can……. I can, I can!

Foot note for the winner in you.

Your dreams and desires to win are down to you and no one else… If no one is listening find those that will, live the life you desire with those that have trodden the path before.  Then teach those who sit in your wake.

Be the person you wish to be & leave negative in the slow lane.

When you realise you are a winner and find the next gear be ready for what awaits you.  Perhaps you are ready and now & looking for the opportunity to work for yourself  so you can help those less fortunate, with their own mental attitude, be the teacher & TEACH.  See the book available on “Are You Walking Past a Fortune

The road is paved with GOLD just open the right door in your mind and take the first step.  Gray

Study those who failed and failed again, then “WON” that came before you read the right books:  “The Secret & The Power” by Rhonda Byrne: Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, to name but a few..

Habit your constant companion

Attitude … is the “The Power of One Person YOU"

Getting the best from yourself and others all starts with one: one thought … one word … one action.
Man horse shoe feeling good“One” is the first note in orchestrating the personal attitude that shapes and directs your life – and impacts the members of your team. Contrary to the lyrics from a classic rock song, one is not the loneliest number. It’s the most important one!
Your thoughts, words, and actions are like individual notes that work in concert to create the power of one person – YOU – to make a difference. You can harness your “power of one” if you simply:

  • Catch one negative thought and turn it into a positive one;
  • Think of one thing for which you are grateful at the beginning of each day;
  • Say one “Fantastic!” when a friend or team member asks how you are doing;
  • Assume the best in an upcoming situation;
  • Keep on moving one more time when you experience adversity;
  • Help one friend or colleague in a time of need – and take pride in it.  Do not expect something in return.

Many people used to feel that one vote in an election couldn’t really make a difference. Recent political elections that have been decided by razor thin margins have proven them wrong.

A single act can make a difference … it can create a ripple effect Winnerfelt many miles and people away. So, ask yourself: What’s one thing I can do today that will make a positive difference in my attitude? Then DO IT!
Repeat that process every day and your life will improve – and so will the lives of the people you lead. Attitudes are truly powerful … and they’re contagious!  For all the right reasons..

Companion

I am your constant companion.
I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden.
I will push you onward or drag you down to failure.
I am completely at your command.
Half the things you do might just as well be turned over to me, and I will be able to do them quickly and correctly.
I am easily managed – you must merely be firm with me.
Show me exactly how you want something done, and after enough lessons, I will do it automatically.
I am the servant of all great people and, alas, of all failures.
Those who are great, I have made great.
Those who are failures, I have made failures.
I am not a machine, though I work with the precision of a machine and the intelligence of a person.
You may run me for profit or run me for ruin – it makes no difference to me.
Take me, train me, and be firm with me, and I will place the world at your feet.
Be easy with me and I will destroy you.
Who am I?
I am habit!

From The Secret Daily Teachings

The process of creation is the same for all things, whether you want to bring something to you or remove something negative from your life.

If you have a habit you wish to break, or anything negative you wish to remove from your life, you must focus on what you want. That means you visualize and imagine yourself in that negative-free state right now. Imagine yourself in as many scenes as you possibly can where the negative situation is completely absent. Imagine yourself happy and free. Eliminate any picture from your mind of you with the negative situation. Just imagine yourself in the state you want to be in, and feel that you are that, right now.

May the joy be with you - Rhonda Byrne

Belief
There is a difference between wishing for a thing and being ready to receive it. No one is ready for a thing until he believes he can acquire it. The state of mind must be belief, not mere hope or wish. Open-mindedness is essential for belief. Closed minds do not inspire faith, courage, and belief. Napoleon Hill

The Great Challenge of Life

This I have decided it needs to be forwarded as it is said from the great Jim Rohn

Here's the great challenge of life - You can have more than you've got because you can become more than you are.

I have found that income seldom will exceed your own personal development. Once in a while income takes a lucky jump, but unless you grow out to where it is, it will go back to where you are.

Somebody once said if you took all the money in the world and divided it among everyone equally; it would soon be back in the same pockets. However, you can have more because you can become more. You see, here is how the other side of the coin reads - unless you change how you are, you will always have what you've got.

The marketing plan won't do it. It's a good plan but it won't work without you. You've got to work it. It is the human effort that counts. If you could send a sales manual out to recruit - wouldn't that be lovely? The major thing that makes the difference is what YOU do.

In order to have more, you need to become more. The guy says "If I had a good job I would really pour it on, but I have this lousy job so I just goof off." If that is your philosophy, you are destined to stay there.

Some people say if I had a lot of money I would be really generous, but I don't have much so I'm not generous. See, you've got to change that philosophy or you will never have "the lots of money." Unless YOU change, IT won't change.

Amazingly, however, when we throw out our blame list and start becoming more ourselves - the difference is everything else will begin to change around us.

A New Positive Mental Attitude

"Peace is not something you wish for; it's something you make, something you do, something you are, something you give away." Robert Fulghum Author

This is from one of may Positive Affirmations I obtain and this special one is from Bob Proctor

The following is a true story that we have sent in the past. It has a lesson well worth reading.

The Daffodil Principle image

Several times my daughter had telephoned to say, "Mother, you must come and see the daffodils before they are over." I wanted to go, but it was a two-hour drive from Laguna to Lake Arrowhead. Going and coming took most of a day - and I honestly did not have a free day until the following week.

"I will come next Tuesday," I promised, a little reluctantly, on her third call. Next Tuesday dawned cold and rainy. Still, I had promised, and so I drove the length of Route 91, continued on I-215, and finally turned onto Route 18 and began to drive up the mountain highway. The tops of the mountains were sheathed in clouds, and I had gone only a few miles when the road was completely covered with a wet, grey blanket of fog. I slowed to a crawl, my heart pounding. The road becomes narrow and winding toward the top of the mountain.

As I executed the hazardous turns at a snail's pace, I was praying to reach the turnoff at Blue Jay that would signify I had arrived. When I finally walked into Carolyn's house and hugged and greeted my grandchildren I said, "Forget the daffodils, Carolyn! The road is invisible in the clouds and fog, and there is nothing in the world except you and these darling children that I want to see bad enough to drive another inch!"

My daughter smiled calmly, "We drive in this all the time, Mother."

"Well, you won't get me back on the road until it clears - and then I'm heading for home!" I assured her.

"I was hoping you'd take me over to the garage to pick up my car. The mechanic just called, and they've finished repairing the engine," she answered.

"How far will we have to drive?" I asked cautiously.

"Just a few blocks,"Carolyn said cheerfully.

So we buckled up the children and went out to my car. "I'll drive," Carolyn offered. "I'm used to this." We got into the car, and she began driving.

In a few minutes I was aware that we were back on the Rim-of-the-World Road heading over the top of the mountain. "Where are we going?" I exclaimed, distressed to be back on the mountain road in the fog. "This isn't the way to the garage!"

"We're going to my garage the long way," Carolyn smiled, "by way of the daffodils."

"Carolyn, I said sternly, trying to sound as if I was still the mother and in charge of the situation, "please turn around. There is nothing in the world that I want to see enough to drive on this road in this weather."

"It's all right, Mother," She replied with a knowing grin. "I know what I'm doing. I promise, you will never forgive yourself if you miss this experience."

And so my sweet, darling daughter who had never given me a minute of difficulty in her whole life was suddenly in charge - and she was kidnapping me! I couldn't believe it. Like it or not, I was on the way to see some ridiculous daffodils - driving through the thick, grey silence of the mist-wrapped mountaintop at what I thought was risk to life and limb.

I muttered all the way. After about twenty minutes we turned onto a small gravel road that branched down into an oak-filled hollow on the side of the mountain. The fog had lifted a little, but the sky was lowering, grey and heavy with clouds.

We parked in a small parking lot adjoining a little stone church. From our vantage point at the top of the mountain we could see beyond us, in the mist, the crests of the San Bernardino range like the dark, humped backs of a herd of elephants. Far below us the fog-shrouded valleys, hills, and flatlands stretched away to the desert.

On the far side of the church I saw a pine-needle-covered path, with towering evergreens and Manzanita bushes and an inconspicuous, lettered sign "Daffodil Garden." image

We each took a child's hand, and I followed Carolyn down the path as it wound through the trees. The mountain sloped away from the side of the path in irregular dips, folds, and valleys, like a deeply creased skirt.

Live oaks, mountain laurel, shrubs, and bushes clustered in the folds, and in the grey, drizzling air, the green foliage looked dark and monochromatic. I shivered. Then we turned a corner of the path, and I looked up and gasped. Before me lay the most glorious sight, unexpectedly and completely splendid. It looked as though someone had taken a great vat of gold and poured it down over the mountain peak and slopes where it had run into every crevice and over every rise. Even in the mist-filled air, the mountainside was radiant, clothed in massive drifts and waterfalls of daffodils. The flowers were planted in majestic, swirling patterns, great ribbons and swaths of deep orange, white, lemon yellow, salmon pink, saffron, and butter yellow.

Each different-coloured variety (I learned later that there were more than thirty-five varieties of daffodils in the vast display) was planted as a group so that it swirled and flowed like its own river with its own unique hue.

In the centre of this incredible and dazzling display of gold, a great cascade of purple grape hyacinth flowed down like a waterfall of blossoms framed in its own rock-lined basin, weaving through the brilliant daffodils. A charming path wound throughout the garden. There were several resting stations, paved with stone and furnished with Victorian wooden benches and great tubs of coral and carmine tulips. As though this were not magnificent enough, Mother Nature had to add her own grace note - above the daffodils, a bevy of western bluebirds flitted and darted, flashing their brilliance. These charming little birds are the colour of sapphires with breasts of magenta red. As they dance in the air, their colours are truly like jewels above the blowing, glowing daffodils. The effect was spectacular.

It did not matter that the sun was not shining. The brilliance of the daffodils was like the glow of the brightest sunlit day. Words, wonderful as they are, simply cannot describe the incredible beauty of that flower-bedecked mountain top.

imageFive acres of flowers! (This too I discovered later when some of my questions were answered.) "But who has done this?" I asked Carolyn. I was overflowing with gratitude that she brought me - even against my will. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

"Who?" I asked again, almost speechless with wonder, "And how, and why, and when?"

"It's just one woman," Carolyn answered. "She lives on the property. That's her home." Carolyn pointed to a well-kept A-frame house that looked small and modest in the midst of all that glory.

We walked up to the house, my mind buzzing with questions. On the patio we saw a poster. "Answers to the Questions I Know You Are Asking" was the headline. The first answer was a simple one. "50,000 bulbs," it read. The second answer was, "One at a time, by one woman, two hands, two feet, and very little brain." The third answer was, "Began in 1958."

There it was. The Daffodil Principle.

For me that moment was a life-changing experience. I thought of this woman whom I had never met, who, more than thirty-five years before, had begun - one bulb at a time - to bring her vision of beauty and joy to an obscure mountain top. One bulb at a time.

imageThere was no other way to do it. One bulb at a time. No shortcuts - simply loving the slow process of planting. Loving the work as it unfolded.

Loving an achievement that grew so slowly and that bloomed for only three weeks of each year. Still, just planting one bulb at a time, year after year, had changed the world.

This unknown woman had forever changed the world in which she lived. She had created something of ineffable magnificence, beauty, and inspiration.

The principle her daffodil garden taught is one of the greatest principle of celebration: learning to move toward our goals and desires one step at a time - often just one baby-step at a time - learning to love the doing, learning to use the accumulation of time.

When we multiply tiny pieces of time with small increments of daily effort, we too will find we can accomplish magnificent things. We can change the world.

"Carolyn," I said that morning on the top of the mountain as we left the haven of daffodils, our minds and hearts still bathed and bemused by the splendours we had seen, "it's as though that remarkable woman has needle-pointed the earth! Decorated it. Just think of it, she planted every single bulb for more than thirty years. One bulb at a time! And that's the only way this garden could be created. Every individual bulb had to be planted. There was no way of short-circuiting that process. Five acres of blooms. That magnificent cascade of hyacinth! All, just one bulb at a time."

The thought of it filled my mind. I was suddenly overwhelmed with the implications of what I had seen. "It makes me sad in a way," I admitted to Carolyn. "What might I have accomplished if I had thought of a wonderful goal thirty-five years ago and had worked away at it 'one bulb at a time' through all those years. Just think what I might have been able to achieve!"

My wise daughter put the car into gear and summed up the message of the day in her direct way. "Start tomorrow," she said with the same knowing smile she had worn for most of the morning. Oh, profound wisdom!

It is pointless to think of the lost hours of yesterdays. The way to make learning a lesson a celebration instead of a cause for regret is to only ask, "How can I put this to use tomorrow?"

How to find the best MLM

Be creative and use powerful actions in line with what you want. If you want to attract the perfect partner, then make room in your closet. If you want to attract a new house, then tidy up your current house so it is ready for easy packing. If you want to take a trip then get out your suitcases, surround yourself with pictures of the location, and put yourself in the pictures.

Think about what you would do if you had your desire, and then take creative actions that make it clear you are receiving it now.

May the joy be with you,  Rhonda Byrne

The first Step: How to understand the MLM Industry

The network marketing industry has been around since the early part of the 20th century.  Network marketing started as a door to door industry with famous  people like; Mary Kay and Avon, since it has been introduced a number of  very highly respected companies followed the same route, selling products and services using the original Multi Level distribution model, the companies are endless but there are those more famous than some.

Silouette door salesWith the introduction of the internet and the global economy we’ve seen a rapid increase in the launch of new MLM companies.  While this might seem on the surface to be a good thing, beneath the waves there is a danger which if you are not careful can cause serious harm to your chances of success. That danger is a lack of focus and long term commitment to the company you and your team choose to build their future with.

Any Network marketing Business you chose, find out more by Google on the CEO and company OR speak with a person in the industry that offers training, something we provide : are “You” walking past a fortune?

The internet is full of articles, videos and other media promising and imagepromoting the next big MLM Pre-Launch and while this might seem exciting at the time of launch, with lots of hype and promises. These are MLM’s that need to be sat on for a couple of years to see if they have the staying power!  Do think also about those that have been around fro many years, some are old fashioned and income or bonuses are as old as the companies.  NEVER be put off by this BUT Due Diligence is required. The following book is about “Starting your own internet business:

Request the book Are You Walking Past a Fortune.

Once you have made the decision the the real work begins and you need to knuckle down and build your business. Don’t fall into the trap of believing all the hype around the next BIG MLM or you’ll soon find yourself swimming in a sea of losers waiting for the next wave to come along and in truth it might never come. Remember to do your research, commit to your company, catch that wave now, stay focused and get the job done!  Make sure you have a committed “Coach & mentor”

The second Step. How to Understand the MLM Compensation Plans

If multilevel marketing seems confusing to you as a business model this next part could get even more confused!

MLM Plans come in all shapes and sizes but basically fall into three types;

image

  • Binary – This is the new kid on the block in many ways, although the Binary Plan has been around a good while now. It’s basic premise is to build 2 legs, one which you get paid on and the other which dictates the amount you can earn (a percentage of your bigger leg is paid out if your smaller leg qualifies for payment). Different companies introduce different additional requirements and qualifications with this plan and my advice is to take a detailed look at the plan and ask someone who knows (and isn’t financially involved in the decision) for an unbiased evaluation of that particular plan taking into account your own personal situation.

More About The Binary MLM Plan (Do speak with your mentor and coach)

  • Unilevel – The unilevel MLM plan is the one most people are familiar with and it has a long tradition of being seen as both fair to the individual distributor who does the work and rewarding to the business builder who builds a big team. I have to say, from a personal perspective, I like the Unilevel Plan. If you find a company with money at both ends of the plan (encouraging new people to build while rewarding those who commit and build long term) you have a solid base to work from and should see a good level of retention in your team.

Where Unilevel plans struggle by comparison to some of the binary systems is that they don’t create a BIG earner quickly – the Binary plan does this by positioning the “early birds” who come into the company right at the top of the plan and having the rest of the business built beneath them.

The moral of the story…Miss the early stages with the company who has a Binary Plan and you may well have missed the boat!  Due Diligence!

  • Matrix – A good number of companies operate a matrix model. This could be a 5×7 plan or a 3×10 plan or any number of variations on this model. The matrix model gives you the business builder a “market place” of a set number of customer positions and as you build, you fill these positions. What is good about this plan is that it forces your sponsor to also fill these same positions (within your business) as they recruit people into their team alongside you.

While this sounds like a good idea and can be, don’t be fooled into thinking this means you don’t have to do any work. Often, there will be added requirements in place to allow you to get paid on your customer base and if you are someone with ambition, be sure to look at the plan in detail and make sure you will not be restricted if your team are not building their business as aggressively as you are building yours.

The third Step: Understanding the Impact Baby Boomers Will Have On MLM’s

You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try.

The “Baby Boomer” generation was born between 1946 – 1964. They holdOld nam with stick Cartoon somewhere close to 60% of the wealth and have moved through the latter part of the 20th century creating, breaking and banishing entire industries with their needs, wants and desires. This generation was responsible for the mass appeal of MacDonald’s, the increased investment in Real Estate and the boom or bust we’ve seen over the last 20 years on Wall St and the financial markets.

As this generation moves towards retirement they have three main concerns:

  • Income – Many have lost their planned retirement funds and are in need of an additional income opportunity. There are many network marketing opportunities out in the world of Home Businesses and haver the potential to offer them that but you have to be realistic in terms of the type of company, the products or service and the marketing tools these folks are going to feel comfortable with. If your company does not offer a product or service that can be easily understood and talked about, this group of potential business partners are not going to buy into it – however BIG a deal it might appear to be to you!  (Do use he link “Are you Walking Past a Fortune fro help)
  • Health – Baby Boomers want to stay fit and healthy like the rest of us and want to enjoy their retirement for as long as they can. Your company’s products need to offer them a way either directly through their consumption or indirectly (through the compensation plan) to reach their health goals. From a product perspective, find a unique consumable product with health benefits or you’ll find you are battling uphill as the years move forward. We are becoming more health conscious so take this into account when searching for the best MLM.
  • Happiness – Why wouldn’t Baby Boomers want to retire happy? We all do! From a business stance this means finding a great company who know how to reward their team of distributors and offer incentives as well as events where your team can meet and socialize. Not everyone comes into MLM for the money, but it is an essential part of the needs of many. It does offer some people the idea of what the money gives them back in terms of time freedom and the opportunity to meet and spend time with likeminded people. Find a company and a team if you can who know how to party as well as how to run a successful business and the Baby Boomers will come running not too fast in your direction!

Remember they buy you first! Listen to their desires wants and needs, it is their Dream you are building not yours!

The future belongs to those who believe in their dreams. Life isn’t a Dress Rehearsal.

The Fourth Step: Understanding What To Look For In An MLM Company

Multi level marketing companies come in all shapes and sizes these days and with the internet making almost everything so easily obtained it is pretty straight forward to set up a business, find a few products or a unique service and use an MLM plan on the back of it. Take NOTE: there are some folks out there who will promise you the world and deliver every little and some companies have these folks running them!

Find a company who has the following four key points in place:

  1. Debt FREE – The Company MUST be 100% debt free!
  2. Strong Corporate Leadership – Look for experience both inside the MLM industry and outside of it!
  3. Customer Support in Place – Make sure you and your team will get your questions answered and your customers will get their products delivered on time!
  4. History of Success In The Industry – Look at the leadership and the company record of success closely and make sure it holds up under the microscope! Speak with a Coach & Mentor learn with training that we can provide

The Fifth Step How to Understand What It Takes To Build An MLM Business

Multi level marketing has changed a lot in the last 10 years. The internet has offered new and exciting ways for networkers to market and with the introduction of social networking sites like Face book, Twitter and YouTube it has become increasingly easy to connect with new people and build a large contact list. But a word of warning!

imageSocial networking by adding videos to YouTube, chatting on Face book, tweeting till the small hours, might seem like a great way to build your business but it will NOT. Here is a short reminder of the four key tasks you need to master to make your MLM business a success:

  1. Prospecting
  2. Inviting
  3. Presenting
  4. Training Your Team

Without carrying out these four tasks daily, weekly and monthly your business will not grow and your income will go backwards. Plan for success and carry out your plan!

Success is a marathon, not a sprint. If you want the rainbow be willing to put up with the rain.

The Sixth Step The ability to understand What You Need To Avoid To Be Successful in your chosen MLM

Graduate successWe have already covered some of the areas I believe you need to avoid in order to be successful in building your MLM. But one thing we haven’t talked about yet is mind-set. I used to believe this was all just a load of rubbish and new age nonsense.  For many years I believed it was possible to get where you want in life without digging too deep beneath the surface. After all, you never hear Richard Branson talking about mind-set and yet he’s had huge success in business.

The truth is that having the right mental state is critical to your success and that can only come over time –

The reason why you decided on that specific MLM do not work instantly and inPromotion ladder to the sky order to reach your goals you need to get to work and not sit thinking about it, with good intention to start tomorrow (that day never comes).  However, there are a few things you need to avoid that WILL help you get on track and stay on track while working on improving your state of mind along the way. Here’s my list of three quick tips to get you started;

  1. AVOID Negative People – They Make YOU Negative!
  2. AVOID Watching The News – It Makes YOU Negative!
  3. AVOID Comparing Yourself To Others – It Makes YOU Feel Undervalued, Insecure AND Creates Negativity!  Sounds easy but with your Coach and Mentor it can be walked through with help, not everyone will wish to join you; “the time for them might not be now”  but it could be tomorrow!

Starting your own business ideas

Anyone can quit when the going is hard, but a thoroughbred never quits until he wins.
The going is always hard on the road to greatness. If success were easy, everyone would achieve it. NFL All-Pro lineman Brian Holloway recalled that when he was playing for the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Raiders, there wasn’t a single day when he didn’t feel like giving up because the road was too tough and the sacrifices were too great. He didn’t quit, of course; he was willing to pay the price because he was determined to succeed. True thoroughbreds never quit. Competition only spurs them, and obstacles merely reinforce their determination to succeed. If you have not yet achieved greatness in your life, it is because you have been willing to settle for less. You may not cross the finish line first every time you try, but if you stay in the race, you will eventually prevail. Napoleon Hill

Once you have made the decision by checking out the company and CEO’s of which business you are joining and going to grow, you need to set your intention on how big you want it to become, this is important otherwise you will do nothing.  How big is your dream?

  • Is it going to be a part time business at home?
  • A small business making enough money to keep you comfortable and paying the bills?
  • Or are you a go-getter and want to create your own empire.

Our recommendation is Get bold and dream big, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.   It is time to get very enthusiastic about growing a fantastic and  profitable fulfilling business.

Then you need a plan, of action this is done with the support of your sponsor who will be with you all the way.  A plan of action including a list of contacts is required to get you from where you are now to the level you desire. Remember, your plan will need to be flexible so it can ebb and flow with changes in your market, your life, and your circumstances. One advantage is working from home part time (in the beginning)  is that you can change course quickly when you need to as life gets in the way..

Analyse plan on glassWith your sponsor you will be able to set up your plan of action. When you are happy with your plan,  then it is time take this desire and big dream and put it into action, “jumping in with both feet”  It is not unusual for many new entrepreneurs  to be  a little concerned showing some apprehension, this is normal to begin with taking a slow start but with a “Coach and Mentor” there is no need to worry.  The result by doing this is very little action or looking for an alternative reason why not to do this, even though you wish to get out of the job and have a walk away income.

Playing it safe does not work in business if you want the results. Be bold and let go your Sponsor is behind you all the way.  It is like expressing your love or emotions in a successful relationship  you have to open up your heart fully.

"Remember you will not always win. Some days, the most resourceful individual will taste defeat. But there is, in this case, always tomorrow - after you have done your best to achieve success today." Maxwell Maltz 1899-1975

We all go through a stage of holding on tightly trying not to fail and the worry of the family watching you from a distance.  To be really successful, you need to jump in knowing you will succeed, this is the time for a positive mental attitude.  You can gain help from your sponsor (a Marketing Coach and Mentor) but we also have an online discussion using the book

  “The Mental Cleanse”

Direction PostYour mind tells you it is going to work but your heart tells you a different as you are not sure how it is all going to come together. An entrepreneur goes after his/her mission because he is determined to make his dream a huge reality no matter what, because the alternative is living in regret or wondering what could have been. To a visionary, this is a slow death.

When you say ‘yes’ to your dreams, something magical starts to Dream catcherhappen. If you proclaim your vision to the Universe, (what you put out comes back 10 fold) believe in it from within then jump in with both feet, The law of attraction around the world somehow rearranges itself to support your intention. The money suddenly appears, it is amazing where you will meet people once your confidence grows, even connecting with prospects while standing in line at the grocery store, or at a breakfast club meeting it is endless once you have started to run with it. The  opportunities of meeting people especially those who would like to see  more start falling at your feet. This is the faith you need and those around you will see the difference and have more respect and confidence in you and themselves. Enjoy what life can offer you with all that you desire

The decision is yours open the door and take the first step to financial freedom!

Actions, not words, are the greatest means of self- praise.
There are times when you will be asked to put yourself forward, to compete for a position or a contract, and you will have to speak about your accomplishments. Naturally, you will want to put the best foot forward. Be certain, however, that when you do so, you are confident that honest inquiry will support what you say about yourself. If your actions have been wise and responsible, the record will show this. Leaders in any organization are those who say, “Let’s get going. Let’s do something rather than wait around to see what happens.” When your past actions demonstrate that you are a person who accepts responsibility and shows others the way, your career and relationships will benefit you accordingly.-
