Good Means Good, The Final Part

I hope the first part bought home some things important to all of us.

Most people understand how it feels to feel good or worse really bad, yet we do not realise we are being negative a lot of the time, its more natural and easier than to be nice and smile all the time.

It only takes two muscles to smile                                                           (and it takes a bunch of muscles to look grumpy)

People when feeling bad think they are feeling extremely negative, such as sadness, grief, anger or fear.  While feeling bad includes all of these feelings, negative feelings come in many degrees.

If you do feel “OK” for most of the time, you may be thinking feeling ok is a positive feeling because you are not feeling bad!  If you have felt bad and now feel good, it is going to make you feel better and provide an aura of wonderful feelings that you can emulate to others.

Remember though feeling OK is not you actually feeling great it can be seen by others in a negative way.  Feeling good means “FEELING GOOD” Good feelings mean you are happy, joyful, excited, enthusiastic,or even passionate – it is all about having a positive attitude!

When you are feeling “OK” like being “Average” or not really feeling like anything much, then your life will be average or even not much at all, this is not good!!

Good feelings mean you are feeling really good THIS is what brings  the best in life for you and those you touch.  Be happy, Be good and leave a legacy to all you know and love.

Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude  and in actions.  -- Harold S. Geneen
